You have been ridiculed, misunderstood, and, most of all, blatantly disrespected. A quick Google search of your name ends in a plethora of hateful lists. I have always loved you. I thought you were funny and added some necessary dorky moments to the disgracefully dull prequels. It wasn't until I was grown and knew how to use Google that I found out about the hateful things being said about you. Why are you so hated? What did you do wrong? I'm sure you ask yourself this all the time. You just wanted to help out your friends... Didn't you?

Was it all sabotage? Did you drop or bump into things on purpose? Was it all an act? I guess my question is... Are you a Sith Lord?

Listen, I know you don't know me very well. Actually, you don't know me at all. I'm just some Star Wars fan, asking you to be open with me. I just need to know if you were a part of the Dark Side. Were you pulling the strings? Was Palpatine your puppet the whole time? I'm genuinely curious. I'm writing this letter to find closure. If I'm going to hate you, I need a reason, old friend.

I'm looking forward to hearing what you have to say Mister Binks. I think this offers an amazing opportunity to set the record straight and tell your side of the story.
